Window system IMPERIAL |
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SYSTEM 3-chamber system for external doors, windows, and various glass-cases. Thermal spacer, made of poly-amide enriched with multi-direction oriented fibreglass, 24mm wide, used in profiles improves significantly mechanical durability of external and internal chamber of profiles. Thermal spacer is additionally equipped in insulating line Coex which in the course of powder-coated profile curing creates perfect steam-isolation and tightness. IMPERIAL door profiles demonstrate UR=2.2÷2.3 W/m²K which classify them in the material class 2.1 according to DIN 4108. Due to the following parameters: large width of profiles 65 mm (window frames, door frames, stakes, door sashes) and 74 mm (window sashes), and wall thickness 1.7÷2.0 mm one gets stiff, stable profiles for large-sized doors. Filling fitting system: 4 - 51 mm (ensuring also external glazing), branded fittings and wide array of doorstep solutions make the system ultramodern and versatile. Moreover, the advantage of IMPERIAL windows is the selection of proper sash for window size (several types of window frames and sashes), and the selection of sash depending on fitting – there are sashes for typically alu fittings according to the EURO standards, as well as for PVC window fittings.
